  • Grease a 9x13 pan. Chop bacon into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Cook until crispy. Set aside on paper towels and pat to remove excess grease. 1 bunch Tuscan kale, tough stem removed and leaves chopped

One 12-ounce loaf semolina bread, crusts removed, cut into 1-inch cubes, preferably stale (about 6 cups)
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese

1/2 small zucchini, very thinly sliced
