Tips:

  • Choose the right bacon: Thick-cut bacon is best for this recipe, as it will hold up better when rolled and baked.
  • Don't overcook the bacon: Cook the bacon until it is just crispy, but not too hard, or it will be difficult to roll.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the bacon: This will help you get clean, even slices.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: Leave some space between the pinwheels so that they can cook evenly.
  • Bake the pinwheels until they are golden brown: This will ensure that they are cooked through and the cheese is melted.

Conclusion:

Bacon pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with just a few simple ingredients and can be customized to your liking. With a little planning, you can even make them ahead of time and freeze them for later. So next time you are looking for a tasty and crowd-pleasing snack or appetizer, give bacon pinwheels a try.
