  • 1. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, salt, pepper and cayenne in large bowl with fork. Stir in cheese and roasted peppers. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

4 slices onions (1/8-inch thick)
4 kaiser rolls, split toasted

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Process the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar and seasonings for the pimento cheese.

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 lb sharp yellow cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
2 garlic cloves (minced or grated)

8 slices white bread

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F Bake the bacon on a broiler pan until crisp, about 15 minutes.

2 slice sourdough bread
2 tsp butter
1 Tbsp pepper jelly
1/4 c butter,melted
1/4 c pimento cheese
3 slice crisp thick cut bacon

  • 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Grill over medium heat until golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Brush the opposite side with melted butter and spread pepper jelly on the grilled side of one slice.
