Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients. Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make a big difference in the taste of your spätzle. Look for high-quality bacon, onions, and eggs.
  • Don't overcook the spätzle. Spätzle should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it. If you overcook it, it will become mushy.
  • Serve the spätzle immediately. Spätzle is best served hot and fresh out of the pan. If you let it sit for too long, it will start to lose its flavor.
  • Garnish the spätzle with fresh herbs. Fresh herbs, such as parsley, chives, or dill, will add a pop of color and flavor to your dish.

Conclusion:

Bacon onion spätzle is a delicious and versatile dish that can be served as a main course or a side dish. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a dish that your family and friends will love.
