Steps:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil until hot, in a large skillet . Add chicken and cook on one side on high heat for 1 minute. While it cooks, sprinkle the uncooked sides of the chicken with paprika and Italian seasoning. Flip the chicken over, and cook on the other side for 1 minute on high heat. Reduce heat to medium, flip chicken over again and cook, covered, for several minutes until no longer pink in the center. Remove chicken from the pan and keep chicken warm. To the same pan (but without chicken), add chopped tomatoes, spinach, garlic, crushed red pepper, 1/3 of the chicken (sliced into small strips) and half the bacon (it should be already cooked and drained of fat). Stir until well mixed. Add half and half and bring to boil, add grated Parmesan cheese: Reduce to simmer and stir, until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy, only about 1 minute (at most 2 minutes). Remove from heat. Season with more crushed red pepper and salt, if needed. In the mean time, cook pasta according to package instructions. Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Add remaining half of baon (already cooked and drained of fat). Season with more salt if necessary. Slice the remaining 2/3 of chicken into thin strips. BACON-WRAPPED ROSEMARY GARLIC CHICKEN WITH LEMON
Number Of Ingredients 6
Steps:
- Slice chicken breast lengthwise so you create 2 cutlets
- Cover each piece of chicken with a sheet of cling wrap and pound with a mallet until very thin (the cling wrap prevents chicken junk from flying everywhere and tearing up the chicken meat itself- basically less mess all around)
- In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, rosemary, and grated garlic (this will be sort of pasty because the grate garlic makes things sticky)
- On one side of each chicken cutlet, spread ½ the rosemary, garlic, lemon paste
- Roll up each cutlet and wrap with 2 pieces of turkey bacon or ham. Secure with toothpicks
- Season outside of chicken roll up with black pepper (and ½ tsp salt, optional, just to bring out chicken flavor a little)
- Heat 1 tsp EVOO in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken on each side
- Once browned, add wine to pan. Shake the pan a little while you are adding the wine and for about 30 seconds afterward.
- Allow to simmer about 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through
- Serve alongside your favorite steamed vegetables
CHICKEN WRAPPED IN BACON WITH GARLIC BUTTER RECIPE - (3.7/5)

Steps:
- Prepare the garlic butter. Mince the garlic, mash into the butter with the thyme or parsley (feel free to substitute your preferred herb). Cut your chicken breasts in half lengthways. I usually cut one or two into thirds for the kids' portions. Also the easiest way to do this is with a large pair of kitchen scissors/shears. Take a slice of bacon, spread with a little garlic butter and wrap around one of the pieces of chicken - use two slices of bacon if necessary. Place into a roasting tin. Repeat until all chicken is used up. Roll up any leftover bacon slices and place into the tin as well. Also add any leftover garlic butter. Roast at 180C/350F or Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes. Turn each piece over and roast for a further 10 minutes or until they look golden, crispy and 'done'. Serve and enjoy!
ROASTED CHICKEN,GARLIC,SHALLOTS AND BACON
Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees In a large bowl toss garlic and shallots with oil and mix with wine. Sprinkle with salt. Season chicken with salt on inside and a little on outside. Put chicken into roasting pan on top of garlic and shollots and drape bacon over top of chicken. Cook until internal temp of chicken is 165 Degrees or until bacon is crisped and brown. Remove chicken from pan and set on platter. Season the chicken with black pepper and cover with foil for 10 or 15 mins. Slip shallots and garlic from their skins and serve with chicken.
Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, high-quality ingredients will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish. Look for organic, free-range chicken, thick-cut bacon, and fresh garlic.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick to the pan.
- Cook the chicken over medium heat: Cooking the chicken over medium heat will help to prevent it from drying out. If you cook the chicken over high heat, it will brown too quickly and the inside will be undercooked.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through: The best way to ensure that the chicken is cooked through is to use a meat thermometer. Insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken breast and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the chicken rest before serving: After cooking the chicken, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and flavorful.
