1 ounce sour cream
10 pounds ground beef
One 100-ounce can spiced chili beans
One 100-ounce can diced tomatoes
One 100-ounce can tomato sauce
6 ounces chili powder
6 ounces granulated garlic
6 ounces diced onion
4 ounces ground cumin
2 ounces beef bouillon
1 ounce red pepper flakes
2 ounces seasoned salt
1 ounce ground black pepper

  • Lay tortilla out and place cheese, onion, jalapeno and bacon in center of tortilla evenly, leaving room at each end to tuck in and roll into a burrito. Cut hot dog in half lengthwise, not cutting all the way through, then butterfly the hot dog open and add to burrito. Top with the french fries, Red Chili and sour cream and roll it up burrito style!

1 onion, diced
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
6 oz can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 T mustard
1 T dried minced onion
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • Grab the hot dogs and wrap a piece of bacon around the hot dog and then cook on a stove top or grill. If the bacon is not staying on you can attach with a toothpick
  • Then in a skillet brown the ground beef. Add onions half way through. Add minced garlic when meat is almost done. Then add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
