1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1-1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 12 strips
12 bacon strips

Steps:

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, chili powder and hot pepper sauce; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 2 hours., In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch pieces
24 (1-inch) pieces red onion
12 slices thick cut bacon
salt and black pepper to taste
12 (6 inch) bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 2 hours

Steps:

  • Whisk together ranch dressing and hot chile paste in a large bowl.
