Tips for Making the Best Bacon Cheddar Ranch Crack Potatoes

  • Use Yukon Gold potatoes. These potatoes have a slightly buttery flavor and hold their shape well when roasted.
  • Cut the potatoes into uniform pieces. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Toss the potatoes in oil and seasonings before roasting. This will help them get crispy and flavorful.
  • Roast the potatoes at a high temperature. This will help them get crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
  • Stir the potatoes halfway through roasting. This will help them cook evenly.
