Tips:
- Choose fresh, high-quality ingredients: Use fresh, crisp green beans and thick-cut, good quality bacon for the best flavor.
- Prep the green beans properly: Trim the ends of the green beans and remove any tough strings. You can also blanch the green beans in boiling water for a few minutes to help them retain their color and crispness.
- Cook the bacon until crispy: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it is crispy and golden brown. This will add a delicious smoky flavor to the bundles.
- Stuff the bundles tightly: When stuffing the bundles, make sure to pack the green beans and cheese tightly inside the bacon. This will help to keep the bundles together and prevent them from falling apart.
- Bake the bundles until the bacon is cooked through: Bake the bundles in a preheated oven until the bacon is cooked through and the green beans are tender. This should take about 20-25 minutes.
