2 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon ground allspice
½ cup butter, softened
1 ⅞ cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 ½ cups mashed ripe avocado
¾ cup buttermilk
¾ cup chopped pecans
½ cup raisins
1 tablespoon grated orange zest

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice. Set aside.
