2 (8 ounce) tomato sauce
8 cups water
1 tbsp chicken bouillon

Steps:

  • Add 1 tablespoons olive oil to a large skillet, fry the alphabet pasta over medium heat. Keep stirring so that the noodles don't burn.
  • Once the pasta is turning golden pour in the tomato sauce and water. Stir to combine. Add in the chicken bouillon. Stir until completely dissolved and mixed in. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to medium low and allow to simmer. Allow to simmer until the pasta is tender, about 5-10 minutes.

1 7 ounces package of mexican pasta. Shells, alphabet, or fideo (or vermicelli noodles, broken into 2" pieces)
¼ cup white or yellow onion (finely chopped)
6 cups chicken broth
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cube beef or chicken bullion
¼ cup cilantro (finely chopped)
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • In a 4-qt. saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute the pasta until slightly browned. Keep stirring constantly to brown all sides. About 5 minutes.
  • Add the onions and saute for another 1 to 2 minutes until soft.
  • Add the broth, tomato sauce, beef bullion, cilantro, pepper & salt.
  • Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium low; simmer until the noodles are tender, about 15 minutes.

1 cup of dry alphabet pasta
3 cups water
3 roma tomatoes
1 quarter of an onion
1 garlic clove
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon tomato bouillon (caldo de tomate)
1 tablespoon Anjou pear, mi arroz rice seasoning mix

Steps:

  • Heat up 3 tablespoons of olive oil to a saucepan.
  • Add the pasta and saute until pasta turns a light golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and remove any excess oil by using a metal strainer. Set pasta aside allowing to cool down.
  • Add tomatoes, garlic clove and a quart of an onion to a blender with enough water to start blending. For this recipe we will only be using about half of the puree mixture.
  • Turn heat back up and slowly add in the puree mixture, mixing evenly with the pasta.
  • Add 3 cups of water.
  • Add Mi Arroz seasoning and tomato bouillon. You can substitute Mi Arroz with salt and garlic powder.
  • Once your soup boils, taste the tomato broth: season with more salt, if necessary. Cover saucepan and reduce heat to low. Let soup simmer until all liquid has been absorbed, about 15 to 20 minutes. Your Ready to Serve and Enjoy.

1 cup carrot, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 1/2 cups vegetarian chicken broth or 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
3 cups water
1 cup dried white bean, rinsed
1 (398 ml) can tomatoes, cut up
1 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 cup dry alphabet pasta

Steps:

  • Combine first five ingredients; boil.
  • Add next four ingredients; boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 hours until beans are tender.
  • Using a slotted spoon, remove most of the beans and transfer remaining liquid to a blender; process till smooth.
