WHITE CHILI W/ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

White Chili W/Rotisserie Chicken image

I threw this together one day when I wasn't in the mood to cook a chicken myself. I'd read a lot of white chili recipes to get ideas but this is what I like. I'm in the habit now of jotting things down as I create them so I can re-make them if they're really good. :)

  • Use a variety of beans in the chili. This will give the chili a more complex flavor and texture.
  • Add some spice to the chili. This can be done with chili powder, cayenne pepper, or chopped jalapeƱos.
  • Let the chili simmer for a while. This will help the flavors to meld together and create a delicious chili.
