I got this recipe off the internet. A local Taqueria has the best taco's that are so simple but have so much flavor. I was looking for a marinade to make these taco's at home and this recipe is close to the taste of the taco's I get at the Taqueria.

- 1. mix all ingredients for marinade together. Pour over meat and marinate overnight.
- 2. Best over beef or pork roast. Marinate overnight then place in slow cooker with marinade and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Drain and shred meat for taco's
