This is the moistest banana bread that I have ever tasted. It's also very easy to make!

½ cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 medium bananas, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

3 cups white sugar
¾ cup butter, softened
3 eggs
2 cups mashed ripe banana
½ cup sour cream
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 ½ cups chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour two 8x4 inch pans.
