½ cup shortening
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs

1 cup diced apple without peel
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

2 large eggs

½ teaspoon baking soda
1 apple - peeled, cored and shredded
½ cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
