SALAD:
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups fresh sugar snap peas, cut into thirds
1 small sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled feta or Gorgonzola cheese
1 cup glazed walnuts, coarsely chopped
2/3 cup dried cherries

1/2 cup fresh parsley or 1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup pecorino cheese, plus more for serving, if desired
