  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your Asian shrimp wraps will taste. Look for plump, juicy shrimp and crisp, colorful vegetables.
  • Don't overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cooks very quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery.

  • Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what really brings the Asian shrimp wraps together. Try using a sauce that is sweet, sour, and spicy, such as a hoisin-based sauce or a tamarind sauce.
  • Serve the Asian shrimp wraps immediately: Asian shrimp wraps are best served immediately, while the rice paper wrappers are still soft and pliable. If you need to make them ahead of time, you can store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Just be sure to wrap them tightly in plastic wrap so that they don't dry out.
