1/3 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

4 pork tenderloins (3/4 pound each)

  • For marinade, in a blender, combine the first seven ingredients; cover and process until blended. Divide marinade between two large resealable plastic bags; add two tenderloins to each bag. 3 tablespoons crisco vegetable oil
2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup jif creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
chives (for garnish) or scallion top, sliced (for garnish)

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
