- Marinade: Add the beef, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp red wine to a bowl, toss everything together and let it sit for 10 minutes to marinade.

- Serve: Serve over cooked rice.

ASIAN INSPIRED SALISBURY STEAK
These delicious "Salisbury Steaks" are quick and easy to make and have such a wonderful Asian flavor. I usually serve these "steaks" with steamed white rice and green beans for a perfect meal. Instead of the bouillon and dehydrated onion flakes in the patty recipe, I have already used an envelope of dried Onion Mushroom soup...

Tips:
- To ensure the Salisbury steak remains juicy and flavorful, use a combination of ground beef and ground pork. The pork adds extra fat, which helps keep the meat moist during cooking.
- Freshly grated ginger and garlic add a burst of flavor to the Salisbury steak. If you don't have fresh ginger or garlic on hand, you can use ground ginger and garlic powder, but the flavor will be less pronounced.
- Don't overcook the Salisbury steak. Cook it just until it's cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Overcooking will make the meat tough and dry.
- The Asian-inspired sauce is what really makes this Salisbury steak special. Be sure to simmer the sauce for at least 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the Salisbury steak with rice, mashed potatoes, or your favorite side dish. It's also delicious served with a side of steamed vegetables.
Conclusion:
This Asian-inspired Salisbury steak is a delicious and easy-to-make weeknight meal. The combination of ground beef and pork, along with the flavorful Asian-inspired sauce, makes this dish a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dinner idea, give this Salisbury steak a try. You won't be disappointed!
