2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
1 15-oz. can garbanzo beans (chickepeas)
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons tahini paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (save some for garnish)
3 round pita breads
Olive oil for brushing
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Steps:
