Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy, rice wine vinegar, chili sauce, ginger, garlic, scallions and orange zest. Place the pork in a large container or bowl and pour the marinade over the pork. Cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for 2 hours at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove the pork from the container, put the marinade in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Remove from the heat and reserve it for drizzling over the pork when serving. *WARNING: This liquid MUST be brought to a boil to kill any bacteria from raw meat juices.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Dust the pork liberally with the ground coriander seed and place on the preheated grill. Brown it on all sides then move it to a cooler part of the grill to cook it to desired doneness, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the grill to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Slice the pork on the bias and place on a serving platter. Serve drizzled with the reserved boiled soy marinade.
- Pork- the other white meat!

I make this on one night, and "Tacos Al Pastor" on the second night because the two recipes share a lot of ingredients, but taste nothing alike. Tacos Al Pastor also requires overnight marinating, so this dish can be made the day the ingredients are purchase, while Tacos Al Pastor marinates for the second night. This recipe is also super healthy.

SPICY PORK LETTUCE WRAPS
These lettuce cups filled with spicy ground pork take inspiration from Larb. Found in several Southeast Asian countries, Larb usually features seasoned ground meat served with sticky rice or lettuce cups, topped with fresh vegetables and herbs. Toasted rice powder is typically mixed into the seasoning for some crunch and to help thicken the dressing. Katie opts for ground peanuts instead to achieve a similar texture and nutty flavor. These can also be made with ground chicken, duck, turkey, or crumbled tofu in place of the ground pork. Fresh and flavorful, these lettuce cups are super easy to make at home any night of the week.

Steps:
- Cook the pork: Season the pork all over with the salt, then sift the paprika through a fine mesh sieve over the pork. Heat a cast iron skillet large enough to hold the pork. Add the oil and when it begins to smoke lightly, use a pair of metal tongs to place the pork into the hot oil. Cook over high heat, turning the pork often, browning on all sides, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F in the thickest part of the tenderloin, about 15 minutes total (if you like a little more "done", cook a few minutes longer on each side). Remove the pork and allow it to "rest" on a flat surface. If you like a little more "done", cook a few minutes longer on each side.
- Make the sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, and ginger. Add the scallions. Taste for seasoning. Set aside.
- Assemble the wraps: On a large serving platter, arrange "cups" of lettuce leaves, 2 to 3 layers of lettuce per cup. Form the cups with one leaf inside another with the lettuce spines stacked on top of the other.
- Slice the pork into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Top each lettuce cup with 3 or 4 slices of pork. Season the pork with a little more salt, then top with the chiles. Drizzle the meat with some of the sauce. Top with the cilantro leaves. Top with more sauce if you like.

Great BBQ flavor with crispy edges with an Asian flair. We use our grill rotisserie, but you can cook directly on oiled grates in your grill or as kabobs. Marinate time is not included in prep time.

VIETNAMESE PORK AND SCALLION LETTUCE WRAPS
What a great, tasty meal this is. I found this recipe years ago somewhere on the Internet, and it is definitely a staple for us. You can substitute chicken for the pork, if desired. I also make just the sauce and use it as a sweet/sour stir fry sauce. Everyone assembles their own lettuce wraps, which is also fun for kids! Fantastique!

Tips:
- Choose the right pork tenderloin: Look for a tenderloin that is about 1 pound in size and has a uniform thickness. This will ensure that it cooks evenly.
- Marinate the pork tenderloin: Marinating the pork tenderloin in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger will help to tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
- Cook the pork tenderloin over high heat: This will help to sear the outside of the meat and keep the inside juicy.
- Let the pork tenderloin rest before slicing: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender.
- Serve the pork tenderloin with a variety of dipping sauces: This will allow your guests to choose their own favorite flavor combination.
Conclusion:
This Asian Grilled Pork Tenderloin Lettuce Wraps recipe is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy a flavorful meal. The pork tenderloin is marinated in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, then grilled over high heat until cooked through. The cooked pork tenderloin is then sliced thinly and served in lettuce wraps with a variety of dipping sauces. This dish is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal or for a special occasion.
