  • In large skillet, cook beef, and drain. Add one soup flavoring of one ramen noodle packet, stir til dissovled, removed beef from skillet.
  • In same skillet combine water, vegetables, noodles, and other soup packet. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 3-4 minutes, return beef, cook 2-3 and serve.

1 pound beef top sirloin steak
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 medium carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1/4 cup salted peanuts

Steps:

  • Set aside seasoning packet from noodles. Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside. , Cut steak into thin strips. In a large skillet, stir-fry the beef and jalapeno in oil for 1-2 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. 2 (3 ounce) packages oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
2 cups broccoli florets, halved if large
1 cup thinly-sliced carrot, cut diagonally
1 cup thinly-sliced mushroom
1/2 cup thinly-sliced red bell pepper, seeded
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup snow peas
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons thinly-sliced scallions

2/3 cup prepared stir-fry sauce, such as sesame-ginger flavor
