Tips:

  • Prep your ingredients beforehand: Slicing and dicing the vegetables, measuring the sauce ingredients, and having the beef strips ready before you start cooking will make the stir-fry come together quickly.
  • Use a large skillet or wok: This will ensure that the ingredients have enough space to cook evenly without overcrowding.
  • Heat the pan or wok over high heat: This will help to sear the beef and vegetables, giving them a nice caramelized flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: Cooking the ingredients in batches will prevent them from steaming instead of searing.
  • Stir-fry constantly: This will help to distribute the heat evenly and prevent the ingredients from burning.
  • Add the sauce towards the end of cooking: This will prevent it from burning and allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve immediately: Stir-fries are best enjoyed fresh out of the pan, so serve them as soon as they're cooked.
