Comes from "The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ethnic Breads", posted for ZWT, Argentina. Time in bread machine is not included in prep or cooking time.

1 3/4 teaspoons dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat bran (oat bran or wholewheat flour can be substituted)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons dried onion
3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
