APRICOT PECAN EGGNOG BREAD

Tips:

  • Choose fresh, ripe apricots for the best flavor. If fresh apricots are not available, you can use frozen or dried apricots.
  • Toast the pecans before using them to enhance their flavor.
  • Use a fine grater to zest the orange. This will help release the essential oils and give the bread a more intense orange flavor.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a tough, dense bread.
  • Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing and serving.
