Tips:

  • Choose a good quality pork loin: Look for a loin that is firm to the touch and has a good amount of marbling. This will ensure that your pork loin is juicy and flavorful.
  • Score the pork loin: Scoring the pork loin helps the glaze penetrate the meat and cook it evenly.
  • Use a flavorful glaze: The glaze is what gives the pork loin its delicious flavor. Be sure to use a glaze that you enjoy.
  • Cook the pork loin to the proper internal temperature: The internal temperature of the pork loin should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 155 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, and 165 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
