1/2 cup buttermilk, divided
2 large eggs
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons prepared mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place flour and 1/4 cup buttermilk in separate shallow bowls. In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs and remaining 1/4 cup buttermilk.   • Place almonds and apricots in a food processor; cover and process until finely chopped. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of cayenne pepper
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup apricot jam or preserves
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and fit with a wire rack. Spray with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Place flour in a large bowl and season very generously with salt and pepper. Whisk eggs in another large bowl with 2 tablespoons water until well combined. Place the breadcrumbs in a third large bowl, and drizzle with olive oil; toss to coat. Stir in cheese and cayenne and mix well.

1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/4 pounds bulk Italian sweet sausage meat

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, eyeball it
1 cup apricot all-fruit spread or, apricot preserves
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
1 cup Italian bread crumbs, a couple of handfuls
Italian beer (Moretti, Peroni)
wines (chianti classico, primitivo, nero d'avola)
San Pelligrino water and sliced citrus fruit

Steps:

  • Preheat a small pot over medium heat and the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • To the pot, add oil and onion. Saute the onion for 1 minute.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sweet sausage and chopped sage.
  • Next, add balsamic vinegar to onion and reduce by half, 1 minute. Remove vinegar from heat and combine with apricot all-fruit spread or preserves and spicy mustard. Stir until mustard is fully incorporated. Dip will be glossy and brown in color.

1 1/4 cups raisins
1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar

Steps:

  • BEAT butter and cream cheese together in medium bowl with electric mixer. Add 2 cups flour, one cup at a time, until mixture forms a ball. Flatten dough into disk. Wrap with plastic wrap. Chill 1 hour.
  • HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cinnamon and sugar in small bowl. Dust work surface with remaining 1/2 cup flour. Divide dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 9-inch circle.

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
GLAZE:
1/2 c apricot preserves or jam
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp white vinegar
DIPPING SAUCE: COMBINE AND MIX TOGETHER.
1/2 c hot mustard
2 Tbsp apricot jam
1 Tbsp honey

  • 1. Heat oven to 425^. Spread 2 Tablespoons of the butter on a foil lined 15x10-inch baking pan with sides. Set aside. Chicken Prep: Mix the sweetened condensed milk and 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard, Mix Bisquick, coconut, salt and paprika. Dip chicken pieces into milk mixture, then coat with Bisquick mixture. Place coated chicken in pan .Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.

1 (12 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (or substitute)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup apricot jam

  • Melt butter in pan; remove from burner.
  • Add 1 cup to white choc chips. Don't stir!
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar.
