1 fully cooked bone-in ham (5 to 7 pounds)
20 whole cloves
1/2 cup apricot preserves
3 tablespoons ground mustard
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

Steps:

  • Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 in. deep; insert a clove in each diamond. Combine preserves and mustard; spread over ham. Pat brown sugar into apricot mixture., Bake at 325° for 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 hours or until a thermometer reads 140°.

1 c honey
1 6 oz. can can orange juice concentrate, thawedd
1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c apricot jam
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 325*
  • 2. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  • 3. Stir together honey, orange juice concentrate soy sauce, jam nutmeg and cloves.
  • 4. Bake ham for 30 minutes; pour glaze over ham and continue to baake until ham is heated through (about 2 1/2 hours) About 15-18 minutes per pound.
