These spectacular cookies are packed with sweet apple flavor. You can use a variety of apples, such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Pink Lady. Using a combination of white and brown sugar in the cookie dough adds flavor and chewiness to the cookies. Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking helps to prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven. The cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh apples that are crisp and juicy.
  • Use a variety of apples to create a more complex flavor.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking to prevent the cookies from spreading too much.
