4 cups spinach
1 cup strawberries (sliced)
1 apple (sliced (I used honey crisp))
1 pear (sliced)
1/2 cup apple cider
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon poppyseeds
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, apple, and pear.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider, olive oil, honey and poppyseeds. Pour over salad and toss.
  • Top with feta cheese and chopped pecans.

1 pound fresh spinach, torn
2 cups chopped unpeeled tart apples
3/4 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
DRESSING:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 small onion, grated
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Just before serving, pour over salad and toss.

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
