Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut the crusts off your bread and roll each slice flat with a rolling pin. Combine cinnamon and sugar on a small plate. Pour the apple pie filling onto a plate and chop it so the pieces are smaller. Put about 2 tablespoons apple pie filling on each slice of bread and roll up. Dip each piece into melted butter (I poured a tiny bit of butter into a "butter dish" and just rolled in there) and then roll in the cinnamon sugar. Place seam side down on a parchment lined pan and bake 15 minutes or until browned and crispy. Serve warm.

Steps:
- 1. In a blender mix all ingredients until pureed. Pour onto solid fruit leather sheets; dry at 135º for 4 to 8 hours, or until leathery. Remove from sheets while still warm. Let cool slightly. Roll in plastic wrap and store in dark , dry cool place or in the freezer.
Tips:
- Choose firm, crisp apples: Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Pink Lady apples work well for this recipe.
- Use a sharp knife or mandoline to slice the apples: This will help you get even, thin slices.
- If you don't have a dehydrator, you can dry the apple slices in the oven: Set the oven to its lowest setting (usually 140-150°F) and bake the apple slices for 3-4 hours, or until they are dry and leathery.
