- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 1.5 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Rip up raisin bread into bite sized pieces and spread out evenly on the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Spread apple pie filling evenly over top of the raisin bread pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, nutmeg, salt, allspice and vanilla extract. Pour over top of apple pie filling.
- In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top the egg mixture. Cover.

- Heat a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat. Melt butter; add apple slices, sugar and cinnamon; mix through to evenly coat. Cook for 10-15 minutes until apples are soft and tender.
- Spray a 9x13 dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the diced bread in the baking dish; set aside.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar (or sweetener), vanilla and cinnamon. Pour the egg mixture over the bread. Press bread down into the egg wash to completely soak.
- Pour the apple pie filling over the top of the soaked bread.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and melted butter. Mix well using a spatula or your fingertips,to soak the butter through the dry ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the soaked bread in the baking dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.

- In small bowl, mix granulated sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon with whisk.
- Heat 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat; melt butter in skillet. Add apples and half of the cinnamon-sugar; stir to coat. Cook about 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Butter 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish; spread half of the bread in bottom. Top with half of the apple mixture; repeat.

- Place apples in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice to keep from browning.
- Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; remove from heat. Stir flour into melted butter until smooth. Return saucepan to low heat; stir in brown sugar, white sugar, and water until sugars dissolve and mixture is smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Increase heat to medium; cook and stir mixture until boiling.
