1/2 cup apple cider or juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Salt to taste

  • In a bowl or shallow dish, add the pork, apple cider and 1 teaspoon salt. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight., Preheat oven to 425°. Spread pecans on a plate. 2/3 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon butter
2 medium apples, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch slices
