- In a bowl, whisk together 2 3/4 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, the baking soda, and salt until thoroughly combined. - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then remove and cover each pan with aluminum foil. Return to oven, and bake an additional 15 or 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.

PEAR BANANA BREAD
A nice change from regular banana bread--it's super moist and the pears really boost the flavor. I developed this by combining the best elements of banana and fruit bread recipes. As one of the reviewers discovered, this recipe doesn't work with hard pears--they have to be soft so they can be mashed in with the bananas to form a puree. Also, this can be cooked more quickly in a muffin tin (about 20 minutes).

APPLE BANANA BREAD
This recipe is now back to my original posting as I posted it at Recipezaar many years ago. Recently I noticed that somehow the name got changed as did some of the ingredients. In 2005 I wrote that this is a moist light bread/cake with just a hint of cinnamon. Keeep an eye on cooking times as too long and it will be drier. Also leave in tin for about 5 mins before turning out onto a rack to cool completely. Slices can be served as a dessert topped with custard and whipped cream, or cold and buttered.

Steps:
- Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Blend in eggs, oil, and milk.
- Stir in banana, apple, and nuts.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick test comes out clean.
Tips:
- Choose ripe fruits: Using ripe fruits will ensure your bread is moist and flavorful. If your fruits are not ripe, you can ripen them by placing them in a paper bag at room temperature for a few days.
- Do not overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can result in a tough, dense bread. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This is the best way to ensure that the bread is cooked through.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing: This will help the bread to hold its shape and prevent it from crumbling.
- Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months: This will keep the bread fresh and prevent it from drying out.
Conclusion:
Apple pear banana bread is a delicious and easy-to-make bread that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. This bread is also a great way to use up ripe fruit. With its moist texture and flavorful combination of fruits, apple pear banana bread is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
