Tips:

  • Choose the right apples: Use a variety of apples that will hold their shape when baked, such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Braeburn.
  • Peel and core the apples thinly: This will help them to cook evenly.
  • Use a food processor to make the cheesecake filling: This will ensure that the filling is smooth and creamy.
  • Do not overbeat the cheesecake filling: Overbeating can cause the cheesecake to be dense and crumbly.
  • Bake the cheesecake in a water bath: This will help to prevent the cheesecake from cracking.
  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving: This will allow the cheesecake to set properly.
  • Serve the cheesecake with your favorite toppings: Such as fresh berries, whipped cream, or caramel sauce.
