3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1-3/4 cups sugar, divided
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
3 cups sliced peeled apples
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Beat butter and 1-1/2 cups of the sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking pan; top with apples. Mix remaining 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.

2 eggs
3/4 cup canola oil
2-1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups diced peeled tart apples
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine sugar, eggs and oil. Stir in flour and cinnamon (batter will be thick). Stir in apples and nuts. Spread into greased 13x9-in. baking pan. 2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1 (20 ounce) can apple pie filling
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg

Steps:

  • Mix the dry ingredients for the bottom.
  • Add the margarine and mix well.
  • Press into 9x13 pan and bake 10 minutes at 325.
  • Combine filling ingredients and spread evenly over bottom once its done in the oven.
  • Whisk together sour cream and egg and drizzle over top of filling.
