1 cup evaporated milk
½ stick unsalted butter, melted
7 cups bread flour, plus more for dusting
nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
½ cup powdered sugar
4 qt canola oil
2 cups apple cider
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup heavy cream
½ stick unsalted butter, cubed
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
