- Grease a 9-inch-by 13-inch baking pan; set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the apples and 2 cups sugar.
- In another medium mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the flour mixture to the apple-sugar mixture; stir well; set aside.

- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees 1. Wet ingredients: Mix 4 cups diced apples, 1 cup nuts and 2 cups sugar. Blend and let stand 1 hour to make juice. Add 1 cup Wesson Oil, 2 beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 2. To wet ingredients: Add dry ingredients, 3 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons soda. Mix well. Bake in a greased and flour bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
