1 frozen puff pastry (thawed per package directions)
1/3 c caramel apple butter (or regular apple butter)
1 large egg (optional)
APPLE CIDER GLAZE:
1 c powdered sugar
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp apple cider

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.

1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
2 cups apple butter

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Place egg whites in a small bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Line a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan with waxed paper and grease the paper.
