1/2 cup apple butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup (light colored)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 c ketchup
1 c apple butter, or apple n pear butter - recipe on jap
1 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp jalapeno mustard
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayene pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 hatch pepper, seeded and finely minced
1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Simmer on low for one hour until thick. Refrigerate leftover sauce.
