Pinch pumpkin pie spice
2 slices cinnamon raisin bread
1 to 2 teaspoons coarsely chopped salted roasted almonds
1 to 2 teaspoons raisins

Steps:

1/4 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
