I made this this morning and enjoyed it so much I just had to share. It's very simple and diabetic friendly. I have a single cup brewer that I love but you may make a big pot full and serve as many as you like. Time given is for a single cup coffee maker.

10 ounces fresh brewed coffee
3 inches cinnamon sticks
4 drops peppermint extract (you might want to start with less and add if you like)
Splenda sugar substitute (or sugar)
fat-free evaporated milk (optional)

Steps:
