TASTY BAKED CHOPS (AND EASY TOO!)
These pork chops are tender, juicy and mildly flavored. Don't worry, the bbq sauce adds a minimal bbq taste, and if you'd like a stronger bbq flavor use more sauce! My husband normally doesn't like pork chops, but this is the only recipe in which he will eat and enjoy them. If you refrigerate the chops an hour or two before baking, the coating will end up a bit more crispy on top. But, if you are pressed for time like me, just spray the tops with cooking spray and broil until crispy after they have baked.

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the final dish will be. This is especially true for the pork chops, which should be thick-cut and bone-in.
- Season the pork chops liberally: Don't be afraid to use a lot of salt and pepper, as this will help to flavor the meat throughout. You can also add other spices and herbs, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
- Cook the pork chops over medium heat: This will help to prevent them from overcooking and drying out. You can cook them in a skillet, on a grill, or in the oven.
