Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Real butter, pure vanilla extract, and good-quality chocolate chips will make a big difference in the taste of your cookies.
  • Chill the dough: This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing will make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cookies at the right temperature: The ideal temperature for baking chocolate chip cookies is 375°F (190°C). If you bake them at a lower temperature, they will be too soft. If you bake them at a higher temperature, they will be too crispy.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet: This will help them set and prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

Anna's chocolate chip cookies are a classic recipe that is sure to please everyone. They are soft, chewy, and loaded with chocolate chips. By following these tips, you can make perfect chocolate chip cookies every time.
