Tips:

  • Use High-Quality Ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your pasta dish will taste. Look for fresh vegetables, flavorful cheese, and high-quality olive oil.
  • Don't Overcook the Pasta: Angel hair pasta cooks very quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Cook it for just a few minutes, or until it is al dente (tender but still slightly firm).
  • Use a Large Pan: When cooking pasta, it is important to use a large pan so that the pasta has plenty of room to move around. This will help prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  • Don't Rinse the Pasta: Rinsing the pasta after it is cooked removes the starch, which is what helps the sauce stick to the pasta. Instead, reserve some of the pasta cooking water and add it to the sauce.
  • Use Fresh Herbs: Fresh herbs can really brighten up a pasta dish. Add them at the end of cooking for the best flavor.

Conclusion:

Angel hair pasta with walnuts is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
