1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
5 large garlic cloves

Steps:

  • Cook the past according to package directions. Drain. (I cook the pasta with salt).
  • In a large saucepan, under low heat, mix olive oil and chopped garlic, stirring constantly until garlic start browning.
  • Turn off the heat, add angle hair, toss. Add salt, if necessary, and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve with grilled chicken strips and lots of grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.

1 pound angel hair pasta
1 large bunch fresh basil leaves (about 3 ounces)
1/2 cup walnuts
2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 cloves garlic

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add enough olive oil to coat the skillet. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on one side, 8 to10 minutes; flip and cook until cooked through and no longer pink, about 5 minutes more. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into strips.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 green peppers or 1 red pepper, sliced (or combination of both)
1 small onion, sliced
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables, , broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot (, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot)
4 -5 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces angel hair pasta
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
parmesan cheese, for serving

Steps:

  • Heat 1 Tbsp.
  • oil in medium skillet over medium heat; add chicken.
  • Cook, stirring, until chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

1 can(s) diced tomatoes, 14 oz.

1/2 lb angel hair pasta
1 jar(s) pesto sauce, 8 oz.

Steps:

  • 1. Put a small amount of olive oil in a large frying pan. Heat pan to medium-high and add chicken. Saute until almost done, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 2. Add onion and zucchini and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, packed in water, rinsed, drained, and quartered
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces angel hair pasta
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped

  • Set a large pot of salted water to boil. Place flour in a shallow dish, and season with salt and pepper. Dredge cutlets, shaking off excess.   • Preparation (20 minutes): 1. Fill a large pot with water, a dash of olive oil, and salt. Bring to a boil. 2. Heat grill to 350 ºF (176 ºC) 3. Peel and mince 2 garlic cloves and set aside. 4. 1/2 c grape tomatoes cut in half
1/4 c chopped fresh spinach
2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1. Follow cooking directions on Knorr Pesto Sauce Package. In a medium skillet on medium to low heat, add in the Olive Oil, Garlic, spices and chicken. Cook together until hot and the spices have blended together with the chicken, about 5 to 10 minutes. Follow cooking directions on Angel Hair Pasta.

1 large carrot sliced 1/4 inch cut diagonally
3 clove minced garlic
12 grape tomatoes cut in half
1 c sliced water chestnuts {optional}
12 oz angel hair pasta
2/3 c chicken broth, condensed
1 oz 10 ounce frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
1 c grated fresh parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cut chicken into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces..heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet add chicken and cook or 15 minutes til light golden remove from skillet and drain on paper towel.
