SWEDISH ANGEL CRISPS
This recipe came from my great grandmother's family who came from Sweden somewhere near the end of the last century. NOTE: You can also add 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa to this recipe. It makes the cookies taste like brownie cookies.

Tips:
- Use cold butter: Cold butter will help to create a flaky crust. If the butter is too warm, it will melt and make the dough greasy.
- Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the crust tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
- Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough will help to firm up the butter and make the dough easier to roll out. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake the crisps at a high temperature: Baking the crisps at a high temperature will help to create a crispy crust. Bake the crisps at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
- Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: Overcrowding the baking sheet will prevent the crisps from cooking evenly. Make sure there is at least 2 inches of space between each crisp.
