1 Tbsp dehydrated onions, coarsely ground
2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp mustard powder, i prefer coleman's
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp salt, kosher variety, or to taste
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
