Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients to ensure the best flavor and texture.
- Make sure your butter is softened to room temperature before creaming it with the sugar. This will help to create a light and fluffy dough.
- Do not overmix the dough. Overmixing can make the cookies tough.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out and baking. This will help to prevent the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven. This will help to ensure that they bake evenly.
- Do not overbake the cookies. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.
- Let the cookies cool completely before storing them. This will help to prevent them from sticking together.
