1 pkg. noodles (12 - 16 oz.)
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove minced garlic
2 Tbs. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. green peas
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 - 1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
salt to taste, about 3/4 tsp.
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. season-all
6 slices toasted and crumbled bread mixed with 5 Tbs. melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Cook noodles according to al-dente package directions.
  • Cook and crumble ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain any excess fat.
  • Mix cream soups, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings. Add noodles, beef, and peas. Stir to mix.
  • Pour noodle mixture into a 9 x 13" greased baking dish.

1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz)
1 can(s) tomatoe paste (10 0z)
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
